High Speed CNC Milling

We have a state of the art Machining department with Equipment Capability Features include 3D Machining, High speed Milling, High Production Milling, and Four-axis Milling. We can Manufacturer Products in materials such as Steel, Stainless Steel, Plastic, Aluminum, and Exotic Metals. This Gives us the ability to provide efficient, low cost, Quality Machining services to our customers.

Precision CNC Turning

Our state of the art Machining department has a variety of CNC Turning equipment from Live Milling CNC Lathes to long bed open CNC lathes. Our equipment capabilities allow us to Turn parts up to 80” in length or Mill holes and contours on parts during a turning process. We can Manufacturer Products in materials such as Steel, Stainless Steel, Plastic, Aluminum, and Exotic Metals.

Wire-Cut EDM

R.M.Tool, Inc. has added 2 Wire EDM machines to keep up with the growing demand that we have for cutting intricate machined parts. We use our EDM to machine internal splines and Key ways that are difficult to have machined. This process is slow, but can be repeated with in tenths of an inch. This allows us to provide tight tolerance parts for our customers with our added tooling cost.

Assembly & Sub-Assembly

R.M.Tool, Inc. is not only a producer of Precision Manufactured Components but we have the expert skills to assemble those Components together into a Final or Sub-Assembled Product. We have a proven track record for supplying Full and Sub-Assemblies to our customers, saving them time and bottom line cost. We can also supply kitting for applications where the Assembly needs to be done at the source of the project. Our skilled staff can assemble the most complex products before packaging them and shipping them to you.

Fabricating & Welding

While our core business is CNC Machining, Over the years we have noticed a number of machined products that require Fabrication or Welding that influenced us to add Fabrication and Welding services to our list of Manufacturing capabilities. R.M.Tool, Inc. offers Fabricating and Welding services including Cutting, Hydraulic Forming, Welding, and Tube Bending.
